To advance and promote , by legitimate and constitutional means, the commercial and economic interest of industrialists, producers, traders and exporters of Airconditionning & Refrigeration products and industries related thereto or based thereupon

To encourage friendly feeling and unanimity among the community and Associations on all subjects connected with the Airconditioning and Refrigeration industry and trade and commerce.

To secure better prospects, terms and conditions for its members in respect of their trade relating to Airconditioning & Refrigeration and other related products.

To procure for Airconditioning & Refrigeration manufactures and Exporters, better tax facilities, benefit of tax credits or such other benefit announced by the Government from time to time, in respect of and other related products.

To take all steps by lawful means which may be necessary for promoting, supporting and representing against legislation or other actions affecting the interests of manufacturers, traders and exporters of Airconditioning and Refrigeration products and other related products.

To provide ready means for arbitration for settlement of disputes between Airconditioning and Refrigeration manufacturers and to act as an arbitrator in any dispute between a member and a purchaser of Airconditioning and Refrigeration products when both the parties are willing for such an arbitration.

To promote exports of Airconditioning and Refrigeration appliances and machinery.

To secure better and adequate transport and other facilities from railway and port authorities and such other Government institutions.

To take such actions as may be called for as may be practicable in all labour matters affecting industries represented by the members.
